Service Description
Pickup from your desired location in Bacalar. 12 PM Midday car to the border, transport on the other side to the water taxi. IMPORTANT: Israeli, Brazilian, Peru and Colombian Passport carriers please send: - Copy of passport - Date of entry and date of exit - Hotel reservation - Activity Itinerary - Plane, Bus or ferry ticket to leave Belize ** Send all information to: lorine.pott@immigration.gov.bz ady.pacheco@immgration.gov.bz SUGGESTION: Bring a copy of all the documents to the border. NOTE: We are not responsible for delays or other problems due the border entry. The shuttle will have to keep the route after half an hour approximately. If the process of admission takes longer you can take a private taxi.

Cancellation policy: Once you receive the confirmation email, the shuttle cannot be canceled. Any cancellation or no-show is the traveler’s financial responsibility.
